AT&T Interview Experiences
QA Engineer
The interviewer did not know anything about the position being offered. I was basically sent in to teach the interviewer. The recruiter has no knowledge or insight into the QA tester role nor the software involved in performing the job.
SWE
There was a phone behavioral interview, a coding challenge, and a technical interview. There was no response after the technical interview for 2 months, after which they said they had filled the spots.

It was mostly internal. I worked as a small business advisor and was promoted to Client Solutions Executive. It was a long time ago, and I don't really remember the process. At this point, I'm just trying to potentially win a free iPad.
