It was a quick and easy process at that time. I started when the company first started creating that department. From what I heard, the interview process is much more intense now.
Software Engineer
I got a home assessment. The questions were on various and diverse topics, mainly programming, like regular questions in LeetCode, and also like messing with JSON, in addition to multiple-choice questions.
QA Analyst
Easy questions like log tracing and triage type questions and behavior. The management was very polite and loved the interaction more than the person answering the questions. Best advice is be bubbly, ask questions, and have a conversation.
