Pros

Large company job advancement is only possible if you are willing to move to main offices. If you do not move, job advancement is limited.

Cons

Staffing is a concern, with more work than current staff can handle within a work week. This requires overtime, which is not compensated for salaried employees.

Benefits are being cut, including time off and employee phone plans, and there is no backfilling of jobs. This puts more work on the employees.

Advice to Management

Stop making money from your employees.

Cutting benefits and charging for things that were given at no cost, also increasing the cost of other benefits.
