Hang on to your seasoned managers. They keep the green help from creating problems. Sometimes new hires think they are cowboys who know everything but lack the broad vision more mature managers have. These hotdogs often try cutting-edge things that just won't work in real-world scenarios, at least not the way they think. Big companies need to make big moves the right way when it involves code.
