Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at AT&T include salary, benefits, bonuses if offered in your position, and discounts on services.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working at AT&T include leadership that does not listen to employee feedback.

This seems to be one of the biggest challenges for the current CEO, who at one time said it was important to have work-life balance, but is now changing policy that disrupts that important work-life balance that he once championed.

Advice to Management

My advice to management is to really engage with the employee base and understand their needs. Many of the employees put in longer hours when working remote than they can in the office, simply because of the commute.
