The diversity of network elements is amazing and probably unique. Working in such diverse areas is really challenging.
It's hard to make people understand the benefit of automation. Huge and hard to change mindsets.
Management and leadership should give a clear vision and make employees dream, allowing them to give their maximum. This is not the case anymore. 5G and broadband have no real benefit except more bandwidth. Corporations should look forward and be prepared for upcoming major worldwide change to make corporations able to survive and improve efficiency, and find ways to cutting-edge technology to really provide energy-efficient networks.
