Some very dedicated and genuine employees.
Very good product discounts for voice, data, and TV services.
Excellent default vision and dental plans.
Ridiculous layers of corporate oversight. Inept management. Little to no support from HR on ethics/conduct complaints. Policies are changed quarterly. Duplication of work across engineering teams. Little advancement opportunity unless you "know someone".
Cut/streamline the layers of management who, in many cases, don't meet span of control requirements. Stop trying to reinvent the company; spin off the products or services that are not profitable. Everyone seems to know what is not working – except for management at the executive level!
