Pros

Decent pay (not the worst, but not very competitive anymore).

Good vacation time.

Great level 5 and lower management that cares.

Cons

If you are management, expect to work a minimum of 60-hour weeks.

If you are young, they want you. Over 40? Take a hike.

Horrible health care benefits for a Fortune 10 company.

Terrible executive management.

Advice to Management

Go back to the management style of Ed Whitacre. Leadership from the top, and not the condescending attitudes of John Stankey, Jeff McElfresh, and Angela Santone. Your employees don't respect you, and with each passing month, that lack of trust continues to grow. We understand that Randall destroyed what Ed built, but turning the company around starts at the top.
