Constantly being put under pressure to deliver more. When you provide a reasonable timeline to deliver work, you are then told it isn't acceptable and it is needed sooner. There are lots of unreasonable expectations.

Started with a phone call with the boss. Then moved on to a video conference call with members of the current team. The entire interview process was quick, although the overall hiring process took a long time.
