AT&T continues to evolve and adapt to the market faster for the last 5 years. Shifts in concepts that we barely talked about then are now reality. Flexibility and resilience in the supply chain drove a lot of innovation and requirements for us as employees to keep learning. I absolutely enjoy the challenge and keeping up with innovation.
As with any such big company, the workforce is hugely diverse, from newly graduated from college to colleagues with 30+ years. Depending on the area, sometimes one would encounter places where time did not change. Fortunately, these are less and less.
Supply chain management is behind the push for modernization and to build an efficient and resilient supply chain. Please keep up the momentum and also the push for the workforce to develop and learn new skills.
