Clueless senior management. Massive outsourcing. Long hours: expect to work 60-80 hours a week.

Advice to Management

Do not rush outsourcing efforts. Be honest with employees, showing integrity and leadership skills. Promote people based on qualifications. If you are leading technology, understand what you are leading and have a good understanding of technology. Listen to your technical experts. Don't throw your people under the bus in order to get ahead. Do not discriminate.
