Pros

401k match, HSA contribution, Competitive salary, Yearly company and personal incentive bonuses, Access to training (Nanodegrees, Azure certification), Company events at Mercedes Benz Stadium and Six Flags, Generally relaxed work with plenty of work/life balance.

Cons

Vacation maxes out at 23 days, which is kind of low.

Leadership does not give managers the autonomy to decide on a remote work policy. Mandatory 1-3 days in the office, even if no other team members are located in Georgia.

Always news about AT&T making questionable mergers and sell-offs.

Poor stock performance.
