Multiple rounds. For each round, you're progressively getting deeper into the title and show your knowledge on the topic or role at hand. Be able to talk about prior projects.

Phone screening, then an in-person interview with 5 people, 45 minutes each. Some whiteboarding. Lunch was provided. Technical quizzing and HR review. I don't know what else you want to know here.
