Pros

This is a great place to learn some essential skills once you enter the workforce. You get 23 days of PTO when you start off and unlimited sick days. The insurance is just okay and is there if you want it. You also get a 401K match if you stay with the company. The work locations are okay, but give off very old office vibes since they are not very renovated. This is the type of workplace where you will be slightly uncomfortable all the time, but overall okay with what you get paid in the long term.

Suggestion:

  • If you are just starting out, stay in and learn what you can and then leave for a better job.
  • If you are older, keep the job if you are okay with dealing with annoying situations constantly.
Cons

To save money, they decided to close many work locations across the US and instead concentrate offices in four states: CA, NJ, GA, TX.

If you want to advance, upper management says to move to TX. This will cause many people to either relocate or quit within a 3-month time span. They do this instead of doing mass layoffs (and paying for a severance package).

Additionally, they are pushing many people in the company to retire early. Upper management is not very thoughtful and rude. At the end of the day, they only care about their budget and not the workers' livelihoods.

Advice to Management

Open more work locations and renovate current office spaces.
