AT&T Interview Experiences
Data Engineer
First, have a phone call set up with the recruiter regarding some basic skill information. Then, have a video interview with two employees, taking about 1 hour with various technical questions.
TDP Software Engineer
3 rounds in total. First round is the technical assessment test and questionnaire. Second round is a phone screen behavior (using Google Meet) with a recruiter. Third round is an interview with HR.
Expert Software Engineer
Pretty fragmented, no good templating or process. Mostly ATT hires candidates out of college right now and does not focus on true hiring. I interviewed with one team for really just one hour. I don't see how that was enough to gauge my skills.
