Good pay, and coworkers are nice.
Bureaucratic, people are old, slow pace.
A two-step interview process. One with HR and one with the hiring manager. The HR representative asked about project experience and how I dealt with certain situations. The manager asked about my experiences.
Took about 3 weeks and 2 interviews. First was an HR screen, and the second was with an HR manager who asked diagnostic questions (rate yourself 1-10 on Excel, Python, etc.) and questions about how you manage your time and schoolwork.
Phone screening, then an in-person interview with 5 people, 45 minutes each. Some whiteboarding. Lunch was provided. Technical quizzing and HR review. I don't know what else you want to know here.
