I applied through the company's career site and heard back from the recruiter a couple of days later. We scheduled a 30-minute phone call to go over housekeeping items, my background, what I'm looking for, and to answer any questions I had.
It followed the normal behavioral interview practice, where you discuss your background, such as past experiences and schooling. After that, the recruiter started asking me some questions.
Overall, he was a nice guy and even provided multiple points of feedback on how I can improve.
