I had the initial call with the recruiter, followed by a System Design Interview. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview. During the on-site interview, I had another System Design interview, a Full Stack Craft interview, a Values interview, a Hiring Manager interview, and a coding interview.

Know all values well. For the System Design, I had to design a Trello board.

Pros: Atlassian is an extremely positive environment to work in. It's a place with open communication and an amazing chance to exchange knowledge with different teams across the world. You can work with product usability, reflecting on the client experience, and also building scalable infrastructure in the backend.
Cons: Still a company with a lot of young professionals. Sometimes you lack more seniority in the teams.

Wfh Only, Chaos & Politics

Pros: Allows WFH. That's literally it.
Cons: Clueless Directors and VPs.
No strategy. Just ad hoc projects shoved down the throats of engineers with crazy deadlines.
Extreme politics.
Extreme favoritism.
There are P70s and P60s who slack off and don't land any impact, but they are blessed every half for kissing behinds.
APEX is the Hunger Games.
Over hiring. No impactful work = dog eat dog.
Zero product strategy.
Zero customer focus.
Horrible WLB.
Chaos.
