Full Stack Developer Interview Experience - India
Process

- Received an email from HR stating the process would commence.
- Coding interview link sent.
- 5 problems, 90 minutes.
I disliked their time limit and lack of a call procedure. If they are evaluating a lateral candidate, they should at least conduct a phone screen. Although I'm not perfect at algorithms and data structures, I tried to give my best within the given time and solved 3 out of 5 problems. I feel their process is not very realistic for a lateral hire.
Furthermore, I did not receive proper feedback for my rejection, which made me feel bad.
