I booked an online test which contains MCQ and a coding part. The MCQ section is about Java programming, generics, and the memory model. There are three coding tasks.
The first one requires using the KMP algorithm. The second one needs knowledge of data structures in Java. The third one is to implement a problem solver, similar to a typical ACM question.

Pros: - Exciting products.
- Very smart people to work with.
- Given independence in the tools that I can work with.
- So many perks like food and beer.
- So many social activities, like Melbourne Cup and EOFY parties.
Cons: - You can get left behind by everyone if you don't blog regularly. No one will notice you're there.
- They claim that they're an open company, but there are so many secrets. Some people are kept in the dark about things they want to know.
- Management isn't interested in career development. It's very hard to move to another position that you're more interested in. They'd rather hire new people.

Pros: Good work-life balance, some interesting projects and technologies, but that depends on each team. Good internal trainings to grow as a professional.
Cons: Some very old technologies and legacy code. Nothing cutting edge. Old architects are reluctant to change some things. Development infrastructure is quite messy.

Pros: Great benefits & constant reminders of work-life balance.
Cons: Working with many other awesome engineers can sometimes be stressful. But most are willing to share their knowledge and teach you, so it's great for your continuous learning!
