Process
As others have mentioned, the first step is an online programming test with 5 tasks that you need to solve in 90 minutes. I hadn't prepared too well, so I didn't advance to the next stage of the interview. Overall, there are 4 average problems and one harder one. Time is a real issue.
You can take some sample tests beforehand to familiarize yourself with the online platform they use.
Truth be told, I haven't had many interviews in my career, but this was the best interaction with the HR department of a company. Really nice people.
