Very thorough!
They start with screening your resume, as all companies do. If you make it, you are told to do an online test. If you pass that, you're called in for a face-to-face coding test, where you're told to write some tests and fix some bugs in a toy event publishing framework. If you make it through that, you're called in for a technical interview, and then finally a cultural or work history interview.
Questions
Questions are asked about a previous project that you're most proud of and why.
You also have to explain in detail on a whiteboard the architecture.
