The interview process consists of altogether five rounds.
First is an online HackerRank test of five questions in 90 minutes. Four of the questions are average and one is more difficult. No need to solve all of them; it's important to maximize points.
Second is a 30-minute non-technical Hangouts interview with an HR person. The talk covers motivations, previous work, and familiarity with Atlassian.
Third round is an hour-long pair programming exercise where you need to find bugs and implement features for a user/group service. There are five tasks, which is probably too much for the allotted time. The important aspect is to be able to collaborate, take hints, and write correct tests to find the bugs.
The fourth round is a technical interview.
The fifth round is an interview with a chosen team.
