I recently went through a P6 loop with Atlassian for the Bangalore location. I didn't expect such a poor interview experience.
They scheduled two coding rounds. The first one went fine. However, for the second round, the interviewer didn't show up, and I later received a cancellation email.
There was no follow-up for the next week. Later, the recruiter informed me that the round went well but there was some confusion.
After multiple follow-ups, the second round was rescheduled a week later, which went fine (I was able to code optimally, wrote test cases, and the interviewer seemed happy).
It has been more than a week, and there has been no response from the recruiter. I'm not sure if this is the norm, or maybe companies like Google or Amazon have a higher interview experience bar (based on my past experiences), but at least a response would have been nice.
