Process
Two easy code interviews.
I was surprised how Atlassian does not monitor interviewers. The first interviewer was very arrogant, rude, and racist.
The second one, however, was so friendly, polite, and professional.
The first interviewer did not even let me explain and support my method. He jumped into my solution and misled/interrupted me, which I guess was because of his lack of knowledge in my choice of programming language.
I received the best score for the second interview.
Anyway, I'm done with Atlassian and hope that for the next candidate, they consider using a proper interviewer.
