Cons: Management is not stellar, moving too fast and trying to hit above heads. There is lots of talking and less doing.

Pros: The company values make Atlassian a great place to work. The values are more than lip service; rather, they are a big part of the culture. Atlassian offers excellent pay and benefits, as well as great work-life balance. I was lucky enough to relocate to Sydney, Australia, to work with Atlassian, and I have not looked back.
Cons: There is no free coffee at the Sydney office ;)
