The focus of the interview was on exploratory testing, and on how I would convince developers in the team to accept exploratory testing. It also covered what type of process changes would bring maximum benefit to the team's productivity and output, and the justifications for it.

The technical questions that were posed were mainly around requests/responses, the design of a wiki page hierarchy display, performance concerns in wikis, and design flaws that could be present and must be tested for.
