Process

The interview process is very bad. There is no feedback or proper communication.

I was hired twice and completed a test task both times. Both times, I was rejected without any explanation.

During the first attempt, they did not respond for three weeks. The next time, they responded within an hour. This suggests that they reviewed the test exercise, which included extensive descriptions and code, in just one hour.

This is not good practice.

Questions

Prepare the test framework.

Need to find bugs in the product that is already in production.

Cons: We still have lots of sweets around in the office (a lot less than in the past). It's hard for people with a low level of willpower to stay away from all those chocolates ;-)
