I hope that people interviewing at Atlassian do not waste their time.
It seems they are using the interviews to brush up their KPIs. After completing all the technical interviews, my feeling is that Atlassian isn't really looking to hire anyone. Even though I thought the questions were simple and I answered them correctly, the interviewer gave other reasons for not moving me forward, such as saying, 'You appeared not confident when running your code,' and therefore I wasn’t senior enough.
It’s truly outrageous and funny.
Over the years, I’ve participated in interviews with many large companies, and the interviewers at Atlassian are truly outrageous.

The innovation time once a quarter for 1 day was a huge disappointment. Some initiatives, even if small, take a lot of time to deliver, realistically 30% of actual coding. No room for greenfield projects.
