Process
A recruiter screen, an online assessment, and multiple interview rounds.
Technical assessments focused on your craft and problem-solving abilities (e.g., coding and system design).
For technical roles:
- Practice solving coding problems and be prepared to present your thought process.
- Be prepared to discuss system design concepts, as this is a common part of the interview process for many roles.

Horrible for those who want to work
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
February 9, 2018
Pros: Free meals, regular team activities, parties – the name of a company.
Cons: If you want to work and get things done without bragging, without participation in company's 'fun' activities, and without political maneuvers, you will eventually have a talk with a manager about the importance of being a team player. And then again and again. Even if you **work** great with a team.
Get ready for middle management not taking responsibility for any misfortunes ever, but always taking credit for the team's success.
Get ready to witness a witch hunt.

Best work-life balance in the industry
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Good quality work in most teams, along with best working conditions.
Cons: Business growth, in terms of the number of customers, new products, etc., is becoming a challenge with more growth. Culture changes are also being implemented, so I'm not sure if working conditions are going to stay the same.
