I was contacted by an Atlassian recruiter about an open software engineer role, mainly for the front end, which I agreed to pursue.
My first interview was on-site. It wasn't as good as I expected, but it was relatively good.
The second was a group interview, mainly focusing on experience and what I was doing. There were some technical questions about how to address and solve problems, security, accessibility, and more. The second interview went really well, and I received very good feedback from them.
After the second interview, the recruiter who contacted me changed, and a new recruiter handled the subsequent steps slowly. The last interview was with their development managers. This process took around 2-3 weeks.
Everything went well until the last interview. The third interview focused on Atlassian values and teamwork; it was an overall behavioral interview. It didn't go well.
Overall, it was a good experience. Except for the development managers, the other interviewers were so friendly and easy to talk to.
