Overall, decent, though a bit chaotic

- Lots of pressure to be across everything
- Leadership keeps changing directions
- Everything is engineer driven; you have to hassle product, design, and content to ensure the thing you're building is of a reasonable quality. Everyone else just 'does their bit,' but engineers are left with coordinating everything, which is time-consuming when you are also responsible for actually building it.
