The whole process was straightforward, and communication with the recruiters was really good. They provided solid advice and were excellent with preparation, scheduling of interviews, and providing feedback. The interviewers were also great and extremely kind.

1. Call with recruiter. This was an initial screening call with a recruiter to go over my experiences and the interview process, and what I could expect.

2. Coding Interview. A live coding interview where you are on a Zoom call with an Atlassian engineer and have to design, test, and code a solution to the problem they provide. I was asked the Rate Limiter problem, which was fairly straightforward.

3. Data Structures Interview. Another live coding interview with an Atlassian engineer where I had to design, test, and code a solution to the problem they asked. This could be either a Voting System or a File Tag system.

4. Systems Design Interview. An interview on Zoom with another Atlassian engineer where I was asked to design a system to allow Atlassian to apply tags to content on various Atlassian products. Another potential question is to design a color picker.

5. Values Interview. A short call with an Atlassian engineer where they discuss your past experience in relation to their company's values.

6. Management Interview. This was the final interview and was with an Engineering Manager of a team within Atlassian. Questions were based on your experience and dug deep into various aspects of your professional history.
