The process was very smooth. The recruiters were clear about the process, when to expect interviews, and what type of interview questions to anticipate. They were also flexible in terms of setting appointments. The interviewers were very friendly and supportive. I honestly enjoyed the process.
On the negative side, the main recruiter was not always available. He scheduled a few calls that he never attended. The biggest red flag was receiving verbal acceptance from the interviewer over a call. He informed me that I would need to wait for some internal reviews to complete before proceeding. I reached out a few times over extended periods after that. He replied twice, then stopped responding.
This is very annoying because I stopped seeking other opportunities. Clearly, he did not uphold the company culture they promote so heavily.
Slightly different from the common ones mentioned here, but similar to the uncommon ones.
