Software Developer Interview Experience - Boston, Massachusetts

September 1, 2019

Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

I applied for a software developer intern position through a referral.

Initially, HR sent me a link to take a test, but I missed the test link. After emailing her, she sent a test link for another role.

If that wasn't enough, there was no reply for a month after I took the test. Even though I had managed to solve all the questions on HackerRank, I received a rejection. The recruitment process at Atlassian seems chaotic.
