First round is the Karat Interview. This is an online interview with someone from a third-party service. The first person I had was really dismissive and actually made me repeat myself quite a bit, which, when under time pressure, is annoying. The second person was amazing. You get one retry.

Next step is a coding interview followed by a systems design interview. This depends on the role you are going for, but generally involves difficult DSA/Systems LeetCode questions.
