Stay away. For an Australian company, they don't seem to want to hire Australians. There was a strong correlation between the negative feedback and who conducted the interview and their ethnic background.
Typical interview structure:
- 3x coding rounds
- 1x system design round
- 1x manager interview
- 1x values interview
Was told no-hire at the end. Overall, recruiters did a good job keeping me informed of the process and gave feedback at every step.
