Process
Was very good overall.
Was more conversational; the interviewer was excellent, and I felt very comfortable and at ease. I think it makes a huge difference. More often than not, the problem lies with the interviewer.

Pros: Many opportunities for learning, as well as to make an impact, once you get a lay of the land.
Many nice delighters like company holidays or gift packages that are unexpected.
A structured system for levels.
Cons: Sometimes there can be a strong disconnect between PM's and management and the developers. People want to know that things are being done, rather than what is being done. Tooling is surprisingly underdeveloped, and the developer experience is lacking. There can be a lot of politics that come with working with so many people.
