Recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn and explained the process. The first two rounds were coding rounds. They weren't very hard, and questions were already discussed on Glassdoor. After that, I asked for feedback, but there was no communication afterward. I am perfectly fine if the feedback is negative. But what's the point of not informing me of the result and thus creating a negative experience? I wish they kept the same high bar when hiring recruiters too. 😜
