Software Engineer (Internship) Interview Experience - Sydney, Australia
Process
I applied online. The process took 1 week.
As someone who recently navigated the Atlassian loop, I found the experience surprisingly refreshing but intense. Unlike other tech giants that obsess over obscure algorithms, Atlassian leans heavily into your "craft." They prioritize clean, production-ready code and genuine alignment with their core values over solving brain teasers under pressure.
