The HR experience and screening interview were great and pleasant. Overall communication with HR and the scheduling team was great.
The second interview was with two interviewers. One was okay and mostly in the background. The second, who was leading the interview, left a very bad impression: they were late, unprepared, and looked like they had other things on their mind. Not a single smile was on their face. The questions were vague and too broad, instead of being targeted to evaluate certain skills. I was not surprised with not getting through to the next round.
