I had six interviews. After each one, I received no feedback on why they were progressing me to the next one or what I needed to demonstrate more of.
After a very drawn-out process, I was ultimately rejected.
I don't think the interviewers had seen my CV or understood my experience. They were following a script of questions, and some did not seem interested in talking to me.
