Great company, but some worrying signs
Great company with a culture that has sustained well.
A lot of new senior folk, especially in the US, are bringing corporate traits from other companies and diluting culture.
There are too many layers of management, a lot of busy work, and internal status reporting. This has grown disproportionately to the company's overall growth.
Think carefully about incentives at the senior level to ensure that the performance/promotion goals of senior management are in line with company goals.
