A very transparent organization. There is a huge Confluence instance that the entire org uses for their work. Everything (including a lot of financial data) is open by default.
Teams are empowered to solve problems in ways that work for them.
Everyone really is very supportive of one another.
Benefits are awesome. Fully paid health insurance, $1K home office setup, $600 yearly fitness stipend, and 5 Month (!!) Parental Leave is unheard of in US companies.
It's a large company; it could be easy to feel like a cog in the wheel. Team culture is what you make of it (not really a con). Teams can create awesome environments, or ones that are just okay to work in. There's lots of growth, which can mean lots of new folks and changes.
Keep being open and honest about how and where the company needs to grow. Employees have been great about rallying around company initiatives, and it seems like the org has done a good job keeping a positive, empowering, open culture through all the growth and changes of the company.
