- Copying strategies from other companies without analyzing ROI (e.g., DevProductivity, Stack Ranking).
- Most of the teams have no roadmap; they are just shooting in the dark.
- There are no PMs in most teams, forcing engineers to deal with unclear and not-make-ready requirements.
- New leaders are hired for no reason, and old leaders are fired for no reason.
- The roadmap is now created by people who do not even understand the products.
