The pay is not competitive. The company thinks it is very competitive on salary, but it is not. Over my 3 years at the company, I received:

• A year-long company-wide pay freeze.
• A pretty big pay cut (we're talking 20%) while moving locations.
• Our stock price crushed by the market.

There is no real focus on reliability and performance. I don't think the company as a whole really understands how this is preventing us from achieving our goals (100m MAU, 25k employees).

I think managers at the M3/M4 level are great. The manager training program looks very efficient at converting senior engineers into capable managers.
