Awful performance system and decaying culture
Good compensation and benefits. Most people are great to work with.
Apex is a terrible system that seems to be designed to promote narcissistic essay writers. It has and continues to erode the culture of collaboration that once existed here.
People still want to do good work, but the incentive system to check boxes and not care about quality is too pervasive.
Get rid of apex. Go back to your core values and stop trying to chase this idolized view of the terrible culture that exists within the big American tech companies.
