A huge percentage of the folks at Atlassian love their jobs, and this makes everything easier and more fun. Plenty of autonomy and purpose.
You actually need to be pretty good at what you do to get a job here, so for some folks it may seem like they don't spend much time ramping you up to your role.
Don't mess up the current, awesome culture.
I had an online assessment consisting of 4 problems, out of which I solved 3. This was followed by 2 rounds of interviews: the first was technical, and the second was behavioral. I'm not sure if this is standard.
I had a variation of the "best time to buy a stock" question. The interviewer was rude and ill-prepared, but I figured out the question. The process was okay overall. The questions were LeetCode medium.
- Online Assessment - Technical Interview - Behavioral Interview - Hopefully an Offer The interview was mid-level difficulty. I would say practice your LeetCode, and you will do well on your project.
