I applied online on Autodesk's career page and received a response from the hiring manager two weeks later. The first round of the interview was more like an introductory call, where I was briefed on the team and the role. I was asked mostly generic questions to gauge my fit. The second round was then scheduled within the same week at their SF office. This was a day-long process with four individual interview rounds with managers and developers. Everyone was encouraging and supportive during the interview process, and overall, it was a great experience. I was extended an offer within three days. They are very efficient and transparent with their hiring process.
