Pros: Great company culture. Unique, creative folks up at Pier 9 (where I worked). Free food once a week. Cool space and trainings in the wood/metal shops.
Cons: Autodesk might be going through a rough patch since they switched to the subscription-based model.

Pros: Teammates are smart, everyone delivering nice products and projects. Very flexible working hours, and management places a lot of trust and freedom for you to deliver.
Cons: The team lacks direction; some are even in retirement mode. It's a very casual place to work, but it can also be too comfortable.
